Education

A new model of college admissions consulting based on strong mentor relationships, expert strategy guidance, and impactful projects - all in one place.

OUR THREE GUARANTEES

01

ONLY THE BEST MENTORS

Our mentors have excelled both at top colleges and in the real world. They are Rhodes Scholars, funded founders, and recognized researchers. We don’t scale beyond the number of students our current team can support.

02

Less work, more impact

As “doing everything” becomes the norm, colleges are more eager than ever for students with a clear and original sense of their own identity. We know what matters, allowing you to clarify your goals, hone down your activities, and excel.

03

Peace of mind

We start by building a detailed roadmap and then support your family through every key decision. Your team includes both a dedicated lead mentor and access to our whole network of experts. We always respond within 24 hours, guaranteed.

Our Proven Approach

Profile Review and Planning

We review a wide range of background information and guide a detailed discussion to understand each student’s goals. After pairing you with a mentorship team, we proactively guide major decisions including course selection, extracurricular growth, and passion project development.

Summer Program and Extracurricular Guidance

More programs, extracurricular activities, and competitions are available than ever for high school students, making it difficult to determine which opportunities matter for college admissions. We help students find and excel in a few activities that matter to them, contributing to the identity and narrative guiding their application.

College List Formulation

We create a low-risk, high-reward college list, balancing prestigious schools with overlooked programs we respect. At the center of the process are honest discussions and insider information to determine where we think your child will be happiest.

Full-Service Project Support

Projects are our speciality. Our mentors guide students through both the self-reflection and practical skills necessary to complete a project that stands out, whether that’s by publishing research, building a business, scaling a social media presence, or connecting with leading academics.

Writing and Review Process

From guided reading through revision, we provide students the structure to produce unique and engaging essays. Then we send your full application to multiple experts counselors and former admissions officers in our network to guarantee quality.

Decision Support

We arrange behind-the-scenes tours and meetings with recent alumni to evaluate different college experiences and outcomes. We also help turn your spot on the waitlist into an acceptance.

Our Mentors

Our small network of highly accomplished mentors is the core of our program. Large college admissions companies shuffle students through multiple counselors and complex online portals, producing applications that are polished but impersonal. We believe that successful applications result naturally from a guided process of self discovery and action.

Our mentors meet with students from more than 10 countries online and in-person.

Testimonials

ACCEPTED: Harvard Class of 2027

Henry's team helped me to be clearer and more articulate about what I wanted to convey in my writing, and I think it was even more effective because we interacted and revised in real time through Zoom. They made the whole process way less overwhelming and helped me position my strengths as an applicant. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take their writing to the next level.

ACCEPTED: NYU Class of 2029

Though my college application season started late, finding Henry was the immediate difference maker in my application process. He helped revamp my application by helping me craft and refine compelling essays, giving advice (correcting EC lists, grades, etc), and offering new opportunities (scholarships) I wouldn't have had otherwise. From starting with Henry through completing my applications, I've seen a distinct difference in my chances at higher reach schools. I'm extremely grateful for his mentorship and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a crack at pursuing their dream school. This Fall, I'll be studying at NYU with an intended major of data science!

ACCEPTED: UC Berkeley Class of 2028

Henry stood out to me from other mentors because he was a jack of all trades. I was impressed by the effort he spent both inside and out of our sessions and his connections to many fields. Not only did he give great advice for narrowing down ideas, structuring the paper, and writing professionally, he helped me discover a passion I wanted to, and now am, pursuing in college.

ACCEPTED: Andover Class of 2025

Henry has a large knowledge base in many subjects, which helped quite a bit as he gave me nuanced perspectives on various topics. He helped shorten a page of my writing into a cohesive and concise paragraph that was significantly more readable. Overall, Henry is an outstanding tutor/advisor on any project.
